Meet Gianna
Hey there!
I’m Gianna, an intuitive certified life coach.
I can best be described as creative, spiritual, passionate and committed. A dreamer and a master manifestor of my dreams. A free spirit with a wild heart who has always danced to the beat of my own drum.
I started GMS Coaching to help other women shift from being victims of their past to conscious creators of their life by owning their story and reclaiming their truth and personal power.
My mission is to lead you on a spiritual path of returning home to who you authentically are.
For most of my life, I was on the outside looking in.
My natural curiosity and tendency to question “the norm” gave me a unique perspective on life that didn’t fit the mold of an antiquated family system of beliefs. My astute awareness to the world around me and my estrangement from it started at a young age. At sixteen, I left home and got my first real taste of freedom. That’s when I began to really question and test the limits of my perception and what others had deemed possible for me.
I understand what it’s like to feel unworthy, alone and overcome by needless suffering. I also know what it’s like to rise above feeling unseen and experience immense joy and freedom that lives on the other side of fear.
I am passionate about leading women to embody their own unique expression and overcome self imposed limitations. In our work together, I will guide you to leverage your personal power and access the truth of who you are.
The women who work with me say that they feel seen, heard and understood. I am here to validate your experience while also giving you a loving push to help you see beyond your current perceptions.
Prior to life coaching, I have over ten years of experience coloring hair and working one on one servicing thousands of women in the beauty industry. These long-standing connections merged with my early exposure to life have been my most operative teachers. I’ve had the opportunity to use my artistry as an aperture to plant awareness and inspire positive change within my community.
In 2017, after reaching the basement of my personal rockbottom (click here to read my story), I became persistent in pursuing a path of personal development. My own awakening urged me to turn inward to healing and my hearts’ calling to help others do the same. In early 2019, I became a certified life coach.
Fun Facts
I’m a major foodie with a love for cooking, trying different foods and testing out new recipes.
One of my greatest joys in life is traveling and exploring new places. Seeing the world is at the top of my bucket list.
Compassion is my religion.
In 2018, I discovered my passion for indoor cycling. A year into my practice, I spontaneously auditioned for an instructor position and have been teaching classes ever since.
In 2022, I fulfilled my life-long dream of becoming a Mama to a beautiful little girl.
I’m a country girl at heart. Nature is my solace.
If I could have any superpower, it would be to fly.
Coffee and sunflowers are my love language.
Art is my second language. I love telling a story and expressing myself through the use of my hands and body whether it’s through writing, painting, photography, music, yoga or dance.
I’m a Gemini and share a birthday with Biggie Smalls. Needless to say, I’ve always had it in me to make my life notorious.
